Set Bar + Beat on the top bar
Select the Time warp tool
Enter the tempo by clicking on the desired position.
Select object selection
In this way, you can see that what used to be Bar+Beat is changed to Seconds.

This has been fixed in 12.0.30 :
Switching from the Time Warp tool to other tools no longer changes the format of the timeline unexpectedly.
I didn’t know that version 12.0.30 was released.
