Sampler track crashing(doing it again)

It’s been discussed over the years and I tried a lot of the fixes but for now in my windows10pro with Cubase 11 pro the sampler track when dragging an audio or midi file into it crashes Cubase. My question is what is the current up to date “fix” for this?

Hi,

My name is Vincenzo and I also face
the problem of the Sampler crashing when you load a file.
Please see attached dmp file

If I check the box of not loading 3rd party plugins after the crash the sampler works.
But as soon as I restart Cubase again with all plugins enabled it crashes again.

I would like to know how to get it working again.
I run the latest update of Cubase Pro 11 and work on a Windows Pro 10.

What Martin said. It works for me as you can see in my follow-up post. Just zip. the file then copy and paste it to the reply box.

Unless I missed something,no. I normally don’t used the sampler control but I thought being responsible I would report it.

I don’t know the process of reporting and the actions afterwards but I was waiting for a notification to instruct me. It may not be anything because I shut off all third party plugins and used the sampler control without a crash. So I guess it’s my responsibility to use other plugins that don’t cause crashes.
