Save entire mixer + vst settings?

Hi,

Is it possible to save an entire scene of the mixer (levels, panning, vst’s + settings) and load it in another project in Cubase 15 Pro?

Select your tracks/channels, click the cog icon and select “Save Selected Channels…”.
Load back at your convenience.
Make sure the projects have the same Volume Max settings.

I use Save/Load Selected quite often…as well as Export/Import track archives. Both can save/load multiple tracks.

Keep in mind the following with Save Selected:

  1. Does not work with Instrument Tracks.

  2. If you want to save for example 24 audio tracks (or group or effect tracks) you focus them and use Save Selected. However upon using Load Selected, you need to have 24 tracks to focus, and keep in mind everything on those tracks will be over-written by whatever you saved.

Some users, including myself wish there was a method to add to whatever exists. For example if you previously had a plug in slot 1, that there is a way to add 2 more plugs in slots 2 and 3. As it exists, Load Selected is going to wipe out everything including the plugs that previously existed.

An alternative method is save that entire scene (maybe project templates) and use Import From Project.
