Shortcuts not shown nor working

Hi,

I’m using Dorico 2 on a Mac Sierra, with a customized keyboard layout. I’m trying to change some shortcuts to let them work with my keyboard. Among them, the Natural, Accent and Staccato signs.

When going to Dorico > Preferences > Key Commands, the key command shown by the popover does not show in the dialog:

If I add the desired key, press Key Command, Apply, and close the Preferences dialog (or even restart Dorico), the key command doesn’t work.

What am I doing wrong?

Yes, thank you, it is related, even if I dismissed it in a first time. And another related thing is that I also customized my keyboard layout with Ukelele. This doesn’t offer a solution, but at least it offers some thoughs.
