After upgrade to Cubase 15 Elements Simon Phillips Jazz Drums (license valid) is unavailable.
It shows as installed in the Library Manager but is unavailable in Groove Agent 6.
Worked fine under Cubase 14.
Windows 11.
There was a GA 5 SE update a few weeks ago, and along with that, some GA content updates, after which SPJD was already invisible to GA 5 SE and GA 5. The fix was to re-scan the folders from within MediaBay in Cubase.
I had to do this again after the update to Cubase 15 and GA 6 SE.

I opened the Media Bay within Cubase 15 (fn F5) and chose Rebuild (Reconstruire in French).
It still does not show in GA 6. It seems to have worked for some people so I’ll try again.
I don’t know if it’s relevant. When I use the Media Bay Explorer in the directory where the vstsounds are installed, it flashes something briefly and then shows nothing

Yes, it does work Rebuild (Recosntruire) in the Media Bay menu is not the place to scan.
You have to go in the Media Bay Explorer to Simon Phillips Jazz Drums and Left click on VST3 Presets and choose Rescan drive (Rescanner Disque).

Have the same problem - have Groove Agent 6 SE bundled with cubase 15 and a rescan does not fix the issue. You can see the files in both the Steinberg content and VST sounds but they do not show up in Groove Agent 6. Is there a solution?
Also did a rescan of the steinberg content in program data and now the simon phillips jazz drums are appearing again..

There are two places where you can do a rescan or rebuild; that.s why it can be confusing.
It shouldn’t happen, I believe. I did many upgrades without problems after buying Simon Phillips jazz drums.
Same here, I tried the scans and they did not work. I ditched the library with the Steinberg Manager, redownloaded it all, reinstalled it.
I got it back for a few sessions, and now it’s gone again, in both GA6SE and GA5full.
I can go into the different browsers and find styles and such, but the VSTpresets are simply gone.

I’ve rescanned the VSTsound directories several times.
I’ve also done the license refresh thing in the Activation manager.
I’ve launched SDA to check for ‘updates’. Etc…
FWIW, mine has continued to be available in both GA6 SE and GA5 (full), as well as from within Cubase. I think the final bit after any update or re-installation is that you need to go into Cubase and load SPJD at least once in each of the GA6 SE and GA5 VSTi. It’s as if that’s the only way for the information to get from Media Bay back into the GA standalones.
Have you tried MrSoundman’s step by step procedure; it worked for me:

OK, in Cubase press F5 to open the Media Bay.
Open up “This Computer” …
… and navigate to the disk location of your Steinberg Content:
Right-click on “Content” and select “Rescan disk” and leave Media Bay open, as it seems to take some time.
Then go back up, open out “VST Sound” and navigate to the missing library:
Right click on Simon Philips Jazz Drums and “Rescan disk” again:
There may be quicker or better ways to do this, but that’s what worked for me.
After that, I can see 53 “items” listed.
I had to do this again after the Cubase 15/Groove Agent 6 SE upgrade, so there’s clearly still something wrong with this Expansion.
Tried that, it’s missing unless I uninstall Simon Phillips Jazz (SPJ) and reinstall. Then after a day or two it’s gone again.
Even when the VSTpresets in the vstsound archives are missing, I can however still use my custom user presets for SPJ kits that I’ve made in other hosts (I.E. Bidule).
The styles show up (but only in the GA built in browser tab). It’s the VSTprests that keep getting removed from the db somehow.
OK, tried again in Cubase Media Bay. This time the rescan worked. Will see how long it sticks
