Since update like others I’m experiencing changes ample rates when connecting Bluetooth headphones and I have no enable airplay options in my audio settings that I could select it’s simply not there as an option….?
Hi Lars within that article there is only advice to set as inbuilt mic- however when I turn on Bluetooth headphones I lose this option and it defaults to inputting from the headphones as well as outputting with no other options in the audio settings. When I turn off headphones it then offers inbuilt mic options…
My iPad hasn’t updated to latest version of Cubasis and enable airplay is still available but on my phone which has updated this option is absent completely
Ok Bluetooth issue I thought was resolved but it isn’t just to confirm Lars is this something which is going to be fixed in next update all articles I’ve read so far have not got around the issue of no enable airplay option in the audio settings. Just the option to set different audio inputs…. Confused!
I have found another issue when entering any CC events since the v3.8 update.
When I add the first event on ANY CC controller track, two separate events are placed at different locations at the same time (screenshot below), if I try to erase any one of them - both are erase at the same time, all events for the remainder of that track enter as normal but only if the first two events are in place, otherwise a double event will occur further along the track.
I have tried closing Cubasis and using a fresh new empty project but the issue still exists.
I mentioned above that when entering a MIDI event on any MIDI CC lane causes a twin event to appear as shown in my screenshot above, well this is only the tip of the iceberg!
I have spent all night trying to figure why all my songs were playing the wrong sounds!
All my project’s dating back to 2021 that use MIDI Bank/Sub/Program Change messages are now corrupt since the 3.8 update, the first MIDI and Program Change event in every single MIDI track is now calling up the wrong Banks/Subs and Program Change messages because a new “bogus” event has been automatically placed in a random position on each individual track starting from the very first events only, all further events on that track are ok, but the worst of it all is some tracks don’t show any events, they are invisible and make changes to the plugin being used, if I double tap on this MIDI CC or Program Change lane, the Erase and Copy tabs become highlighted which shows that somewhere there are invisible events present.
I opened a new MIDI CC track with no events added and double tapped on that track to see if the Erase and Copy highlights, it didn’t.
So until this issue is sorted out I can’t open any of my past projects.
I assume you’re not using iOS/iPadOS 26, which is why you don’t see this option (see image below for comparison). Could you please confirm? Aside from this, the Bluetooth issue will be resolved in Cubasis 3.8.1
