Stars - Mastered Demo

So sorry! I updated the metadata on the song file and it broke the link…Then when I tried to re-link it, it put up 3 links to the same song…Klutz!

Done with Cubase 15 Pro. I used a variety of instruments, no VSTs, just the original sounds from the devices I used. This is a Mastered Demo. It is NOT FOR BROADCAST.

Original - Romantic Song

(SOCAN), Copyright 2026.

I am hoping to pitch it to some Music Publishers who may want to have one of their own Artists do a release of this song.

Hope you enjoy it! Thank you.

A very beautiful song; the chord progression and overall feel remind me of a song by The Carpenters—I couldn’t say which one, but that’s my impression.

You did a great job.

Not my cup of tea, but I like the harmonies.

Not that one. I think it’s “For All We Know.” I know “Calling Occupants of Interplanetary Craft,” but that’s by Klaatu. One of my favorite bands.

Hi Rene,

Ahh…That brings back a lot of great memories! I remember that Klaatu was rumoured to be The Beatles in a secret reunion, and it had people guessing and wondering about that…They had amazing talent too. I remember the days of The Carpenters, and For All We Know…Also amazing talent, and their multitracking of the vocals and harmonies, which in those days, was very tough to do. Thanks fro the trip back down memory lane!

My apologies! I updated the Metadata for the song, and the new version wasn’t linked. Then I tried to link it and got 3 of the same links…

I hope you are all having a good day!
