Nuendo 15 runs really well here, no problems recording and playback is fine but I can’t edit anything, and I mean anything!
I have a Midi clip I recorded and decided the bass notes are too loud…in Nuendo 12 I would open the Editor, lasso all the notes, and use the Velocity Scale in the middle of the Controller section, done! In 15 I follow the same steps and nothing happens, in fact if I select one Midi event and try to change the velocity it shows it increasing and decreasing but the volume stays the same??
I have an audio clip where I recorded a guitar lead but I want to fadeout the end…in 12 I would drag from the corner to create a simple fade and click on it to bring up the fade editor, once I had it the way I wanted I’d play back and it would fade. In 15 the same steps result in no fade, in fact I split the end of the lead and muted it and it still plays at full volume all the way through???
Is there some secret to editing in 15? Did they change something I’m not aware of? Help would be appreciated!
