have you tried to adjust the channel selector? They don’t match in your screenshots.
‘Channel Selector’ in Supervision:
Yes, they are selected and you can follow the manual…eg It works on other eg panorama.
What I mean is the master buss is LRC,Lfe
I use LR and Lfe channels because Cubase doesnt have anything for 2.1
I can select LR for the goniometer and it displays all the choices for each sub channel correctly (see the original pic)
The vu also has all the choices, you can select them and use them
However if I save the setup, when I reload (or restart Cubase), any VU has lost its channel assignment but the gonio has not

You have a 2.1 setup and you are using a L, R,C, LFE or a L,R, LFE configuration?
Yes
I asked for 2.1 decades ago…hence there is no choice but to hack something.
I use a brauerbuss (vaguely) where BUSS A is the sub buss and it doesnt connect back into the final limiter on the master buss. I also have multiple speaker sets eg Translation/Hires/Really loud monitors but they all use the same sub.
The only solution I could find was to use a multibuss and then mix6To2 to modulate the needs for render and realtime play with xovers etc in the control room/monitor inserts but even this was ridiculous because you can only do insert routing in Nuendo.
So
L = L
R = R and the send from a buss to the mulitchannel master you just choose the L&R options
For the BUSS A etc you simply route it to the LFE.

Ah, okay. I think that might be the reason why Supervision is having trouble to save the preset.
Maybe, there’s a better way to set up your monitoring system. You could ask for help/inspiration in the forum if you gave a detailed description/schematic overview. There might be out of the box solutions you haven’t thought about yet?
Yes I did actually chime in on a fresh 2.1 thread a year or 2 back…which would be a simple way to do it…but at that time there was no solution.
It does actually work well and I dont have any issue using it like this…just the VU which I use a lot as you can see, just doesnt save channel choices. Frustrating to have to reset it every time. At first I thought it was the usual suspect of cr plugins crashing out when things get corrupted…but other modules in supervision dont suffer from this
I have also posted a number of time relating to the monitor setup…but no resolution there either including here
Hi @Aurasphere Thanks for reaching out. I read your comments and did some tests, but so far I have been unable to reproduce the issue. Could you please create a project with just your routing setup and Supervision inserted in the audio track, without any audio? (If possible)
It would also help if you could send me the saved preset from your system. (Let me know if you don’t know where the user presets are saved.)
And my last question 
: which Cubase version are you using?
