Hi guys, I bought upgrade from 10.5 to 12 ( few hours ago ) and I still donāt have Voucher option on my Steinberg account. Is there a common problem ?
I still have no vouchers link :-\
Just gonna say that I am stuck on Cubase Elements 9.5 with all the updates. I was gonna update to Cubase Elements 12. But, alas, the new european verification process threw me a roadblock. Now I have to jump through yet another hoop to get anything. Not gonna do it. I should be a more valued customer than that. Sorry Steinberg. Gonna run this version to the ground. Then I will be switching to a more readily available DAW in the near future.
Itās been a couple of days and I have no voucher tab. Iām starting to wonder if will happen at all - especially before the deal offer ends. Itās a bit of a poor show in my view.
I donāt know what they are playing at but this isnāt a good customer experience.
HI just letting you know that I did purchase Cubase 12 pro yesterday and the vouchers tab isnāt showing in my accountā¦ But i see itās said that it may take some timeā¦ Just a bit excited I guessā¦
We will check on Monday why some people havenāt received their vouchers yet and fix it asap. No worries. Everybody with Cubase 12 will receive the vouchers.

You are right, itās not ideal that Amped Elektra is still on the eLicenser system. We are still in the transition phase to Steinberg Licensing and our VST instruments will be migrated step by step. But we wanted to contribute to the campaign with our own products as well and decided to give away Amped Elektra despite the eLicenser. Sorry for the inconvenience. The instrument is worth it though I think.

You give people things (that you donāt have why to do) and they only know how to complain and complain. What a world is staying! Iām sorry, but itās maddening to see such behaviors.
I already own everything they are giving away (except The Clip) and well, I appreciate the detail. If you are interested in what they give you, great. If not, move on to something else and get on with your life, itās not that hard!

Just downloaded SoftTube āDirty Tapeā. Had no problems getting it. Ran it on a project and liked it.

I usually find these free plugins to be more problem than theyāre worth. Hassles for installing and registering them, and then the companies behind them just abandon the plugins and now you can either not upgrade your stuff or you just lose access to those plugins. Happened to me recently with Focusrite free plugins I was moving to another computer. Iāll probably install Amped Electra, but thatās about it.
I tried to order Cubase 12 Artist from Steinberg, but when i got to the end of the order i got a message saying it was processing and then i got a Steinberg screen that didnāt do anything.
I never got an email from Steinberg, just nothing but a Steinberg screen that did nothing and went nowhere.
I am wondering if the site is having problems.
First person to PM me gets a code for āFire the Clipā, I have no use for it.
The CS-80 is a real gem, though.

Will they appear over the weekend? And can you tell me what the Vouchers tab will look like?
Updated to 12 pro yesterday and since then, I do have the vouchers tab, but apart from an option to upgrade my GA to the new Steinberg license, no goodies for me still 
How many days itāll take for it to appear?
