How very odd. Can you show signposts please? Is the time signature perhaps not positioned at the downbeat?
Delete those “p” signposts, and I think that should fix it.
For the record, I don’t know why, I’ve seen that sort of thing before, and it feels like it should not be the intended behavior. Signposts should not affect note spacing, IMO, but sometimes they do.
What happens if you hide the time signature? Does the signpost show up at the start of the measure (as Dan wondered) or on the second eighth-note tick on beat 1-and?
If you enter Engrave mode: note spacing, are there red circles by the time signatures? Have they perhaps been moved?
Are the p signposts hidden dynamic intensities? If so, probably better not to delete them…
Deleted p signposts - no change
Hiding the time-sig caused freeze.
Next time it fixed the spacing. But, unhide and the problem was there again.

I rather send the mods the full project.
Cutting it down will possible not show the issue.
Or it might?

Try deleting the time sig and re-entering it.

This looks like it might be the same as this problem, reported in 2022, and not yet fixed AFAIK.
