Hi everyone!
I was recording a melody using my MIDI keyboard ( Komplete Kontrol M32) and when I stopped to listen again, I found that the melody had been transposed 2 octaves lower. I had the same issue a week ago when I opened the project and I noticed that the string track was 2 octaves lower. Does anyone know how to solve this or what might be causing it?

Do you use a virtual instrument or a hardware synth? Double check, the Project’s Sample Rate matches the Audio Device’s Sample Rate.

Maybe its as simple as the possibility that you transposed the instrument in the VST plugin?

Please post a screenshot of the vst instrument you are using. .Include the entire interface, so you can be sure all parameters are visible to forum users.

Isn’t the MIDI Part transposed? Is the recording transposed (did it record the MIDI Notes, you played), or is the playback transposed?
Isn’t there any MIDI Insert involved?

Hi, sorry for the late response, did you need this screenshot? I get my virtual instruments from Musio.
Some basic troubleshooting:
Are the midi notes you see in the editor already transposed or are the notes correct but only the sounds are transposed?
If you play live into the same instrument is it being transposed then?
If you create a new track with that instrument and copy the midi over is it still transposed?
Yes, only the sounds are transposed.
There are no problems while I’m recording. The sounds only transpose afterwards.
If I duplicate the track, the problem still remains. But, if I delete in the duplicate only the track, the problem disappears.
