Does Cubase 15 free for 60 Days require a licence?

I have searched all support articles but no mention of Cubase 1515.0.10 licence
Previous trail versions don’t require licence for the 60 days.
What is the fix please?

Hi,
you have probably tried to start the trial version without going through the necessary steps, first.

You have to go through this page

and sign into your MySteinberg account first (the link on that page will automatically direct you to MySteinberg). Here, a license is generated for a trial version which is registered to your account. Afterwards, open the Download Assistent and install/run Cubase 15.

I guess you just missed this first step, that’s all.

I had a trial. If it didn’t need a licence, we’d all be using it, there’d be no need to pay for it.
