V Studio Voices

This would be incredibly useful!

I have used Melodyne in Reaper for several years… I would love to change lyrics and notes in Dorico and get the Synth V voice to update!

Galenia sure sounds very much operatic In your example !

Asterian II isn’t bad.

I’m trying Synth V with an Elliot Carter piece I transcribed in Dorico and I’m getting a weird behavior: All the voices seem to come through 1 channel only; in this case the Soprano voice. I’m also getting a weird electronic pitched sound that’s playing along with the other voices.

Anyone having similar issues?

Here’s the file I’m using.

Carter E. - Musicians Wrestle Everywhere.dorico (3.7 MB)

You need to send them to individual outputs in settings Audio Midi:

I’m also getting a weird electronic pitched sound

You need to suppress playback of the notation or else Synth V will play a sine wave of sorts.

Yes, indeed @Emmanuel_Cambier It’s far too much for me….. Hopefully one day we can have choir voices as in Voices 8, Tenebrae etc. For the moment I will purchase Solaria 2, which is much more neutral.

Best, Robert
