V14.0.5 - Black & white bars on the right hand side of some plugins (Windows 11)

Hey there,

the new update seems to have affected the way some plugins are rendered under Windows (11 Pro, 23H2, build 22631.4317 in my case). Here is how to reproduce the bug:

  1. load a project with an affected plugin (in my case MAAT DR Meter or Perception A/B from Meterplugs).

  2. there’s a black bar appearing at the right hand side of the plugin.

  3. once you close and reopen the affected window through the task bar, the black bar turns white

  4. when you close and reopen the plugin via the inserts the bar disappears for good…

  5. …until you reload the project.

Is this bug known? Is there a workaround? Kindly, put it on your bugfixing list. It’s not a huge deal, but still a bit annoying. :slight_smile:

FYI: there was a similar bug when going from v11 to 12. It’s been resolved pretty fast though. Maybe this is an easy fix as well? Cubase 12.0.10 Update: some plugin windows too wide
