Version 3.0 Update for UR-C Interfaces

They should be there. One situation where they won’t appear is on a stereo input. So, if you have two channels linked, the amps and the pitch fix will both disappear, but the channel strip will remain.

I’m using UR 22C and there isn’t Pitch Fix in the effect dropdown list. Other new features are functional without problem too. Anyone can help?

Thanks!

I just tried to install the V3 verion of drivers and Tools - now the UR22C usb light just flashes and won’t link to the PC (win 11).
I have uninstalled and reinstalled - no change. - no device linkage.
All cables are as they were, checked and connected.

Any ideas?

Did you maybe just run the driver and software update, but not the firmware? To update the firmware, you launch DSP MixFX and click on the settings cog. Under “other” is a please to update the firmware.

Thank you for your reply but I’ve already updated the firmware (when i clicked firmware update, it shows “the latest firmware is already installed.”). I tried reinstalling everything but it doesn’t work.

The new firmware works great on OSx. However, I noticed that the UR22C stopped working for Linux. It used to work before this update. Audio output works, but the microphone (audio input) does not work. Shouldn’t this unit be USB Class Compliant?

Thank you, this is correct!

Hello, Why complicate life and add so many asio drivers?
It was great before, why change?

Just updated the UR44c software to new ver. 3.0. Now in “streaming” option I can see, open and edit “Multiband compressor”. But it has no effect to the outgoing sound. What I do wrong?

Problem solved , Thank you for your help :slightly_smiling_face:

Hi Stefan,
any new information to my question? THX in advance.

I also have the issue of the pitch fixer not appearing in the drop down menu on the UR22c interface, is there a fix or does it not work on the ur22c, done the firmware update so i am a bit lost on what to try next, any advise please

Done the upgrade but sadly no pitch fix

Anyone else having this problem onthe UR22c interface

Hello B.Minor.
You are correct. dspMixFx Remote Bridge is exclusively for UR44C and UR816C.
One of the reasons is that for the UR22C and the UR24C have a different design of the Mixer due to the hardware design, which has a hard wired mix knob for monitor mix.

Hello Mrroosty1.
When looking at sour screenshot I realised that you still have driver version 2.1.6 installed. Please make sure to also install the latest available driver version 3.1.6.
This should fix the problem.
Best regards,
Stefan Schreiber

I guess this is the ASIO driver version, correct?

So this seems to be a screenshot from a Windows machine and there 2.1.6 is the latest version, unless you have released a higher version

Sound options win10
Here are 2 screenshots. As you can see, multib.compressor is on. Changing the values does effect the OUTPUT meter visually, but there is no change in output sound. In Windows10 sound options there are different UR options, but not a “streaming” option.

A correction. The visual effect of Multib.comp. is only in the Multib.comp. page, not in the main page:

Is there any plan to update the ipad version of dspmixfx to support adat channels? I have the ur816c and as soon as I connect the ipad and run up the app the adat inputs from my second interface stop working.

I do not have any problems with the ipad APP and my UR816C, 16 channels with ADAT.

@ca-booter Interesting, did you have to do anything special for this to work? It works in the Windows version of app but not on the iPad. Using UR816C + UR824 (via ADAT). It was not supported from msgs in other threads previously. As soon as I launch the app on the iPad the ADAT inputs stop working.
