Anyone else find the GUI too small to use? Given that re-sizable/re-scalable GUI’s have become very important as a greater variety of users get on-board.

I just changed the scaling to. 200 percent on mine.
It seems the UI scaling option is only available if used in Cubase/Nuendo 15 or newer, in which case it’s available via the Functions menu in the plugin header. In other hosts, the UI is currently not scalable.
Yep - really tiny in Reaper on 4k.
Not really a workaround, but for fun: if you can still attach an old VGA monitor and drag the plug-in UI on to that, you can get that genuine, pixelated '90s vibe, and they should be big enough to operate comfortably.
