Right click menu is essential for me. Still have not moved to C10. I also still think the way colour tool is it is slower to work on things like vocal comp colouring etc.
An remote control function that belongs to this side of the millennium shift. Bitwig uses java as their extension, I think I have seen python too. Cubase can do some mapping of midi events; competition use some object oriented real programming language. Come on, programming is what people learn in daycare this days.
I d like to see an updated version of the eucon adapter that includes correct synchronisation of mixer channel visibility and the Artist Series Controllers.
An old chestnut that I am afraid I doubt will ever happen. Clean up project folder a one button operation to remove all unused files in project folder. Yes you can do this with a back up but wouldn’t it be so much easier with just one button?
I really miss the old Clean Up function (from within the File menu). It always worked great for me… It is certainly a lot more hassle to get rid of files that are NOT referenced to any Cubase project now.
PS. I have Cubase 9.0 installed just for the Clean Up function alone…
I used go to pool, remove unused media. It’s a few clicks but it does a good job.
At first you had to keep anything the sampler used in the project somewhere but I think they have fixed that.
With drive sizes now I tend to just keep everything.
and hope to see GUI redesigned not to look like kinder-garten game with all the extra lines around menus around boxes around squares. way too much useful space wasted due to these lines and boxes enclosing other lines and boxes
