Where does Cubase get the "Tempo" information in the pool?

Hey there,
lately I’ve been asking myself, where Cubase gets the “Tempo” information in the pool?
As it often does not reflect the actual tempo, it was recorded in.

E.g.
When I record an audio event at tempo 140, the Pool says the tempo of the audio is 126,05 instead.
This is no big issue, until you activate musical mode.
Is this tempo in the pool calculated, or where does it come from?

Ok I found the issue.
As long as you record outside of a loop, Cubase writes the project tempo into the pool. And if the project has tempo changes, an average tempo will be calculated.

But when recording in a loop, the tempo of the audio in the pool is always “???” resulting in a random tempo at the moment when you switch on “musical mode”, which has completely nothing to do with the actual tempo.
I am gonna open a issue topic with reproduction steps for that.

EDIT: here it is
