Why can't I use Klarna from France?

I use it on many other sites as Thomann, Amazon, etc. but not allowed with FastSpring ???
So I don’t buy Steinberg on Steinberg’s sales site …

Here is the answer I get from FastSpring support when I asked them why french people can’t use Klarna to buy on Steinberg Shop :
"Hello,

Klarna “Pay Now” is not available for buyers in France. Klarna “Pay Now” is only offered to buyers from Austria, Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom, and they must purchase in the respective currencies of these countries.

It is a very kind answer but why french people can’t use Klarna when other people from EU (even from UK) can.
And when many french people frequently use Klarna to buy on other shops in France, EU, UK ???

What is the problem, Steinberg ? Do FastSpring support people do not know where is France, being too far, or did someone forget France in their process list ?

I will stop buying on Steinberg web shop until this has been addressed.

So I asked “Why ?” on their last answer and received another answer.
So I will focus on Make a Difference | Seek to Understand | Act with Urgency…and stop my buying here.
