Your system fingerprint is not valid anymore..eh!

Hi, I keep getting this message from elicencer control centre  anyone know why please…
I’ve just had a new graphics card installed…could that be it?..why?
I’ve re installed the latest version of elicencer control centre and done the maintenance stuff but makes no difference…

cannot get rid of it, everytime I open Cubase I get the message twice…

any help please?

cheers

Download the eLicenser Installation Helper:

If you had anything stored in a Soft-eLicenser instead of your hardware dongle, you’ll have to go to your MySteinberg to reactivate it.

Because the soft eLicenser is based on Hardware configuration.

Ok thank you very much…used the installation helper, (which just seemed to re install the elicencer) but the messages seem to have gone now,

this forum really takes some beating when it comes to getting help… such a good place for help!!

Try here.

True, the forum can be such a great help. The issue is - why are there so many thousands of arbitrarily-occuring problems with Cubase, even today. It seems that every time you think you’ve got it all sorted out, another problem comes along. I’ve literally had 20 years of this. 20 years…
