Anyone else feel Steinberg support is terrible?

I have not phoned them as of yet, though to be honest, the very small window of time in which to call them (between 10 & 12 o’clock only, if I’m reading correctly) make this difficult as I’m a full-time worker. I understand I may have to take annual leave one day to overcome this.

12 PM/AM is ambiguous. Some think PM is noon, some say it’s midnight. Technically 12 o’clock is neither AM nor PM. Steinberg should change it to noon or midnight, then we’ll be clear what they mean.

Is noon 12 am or 12 pm?

Technically 12 o’clock hardly ever is “M”.
