Sorry for possible offtopic, but someone got that strange HUD bug, when whole screen become white and after I move the mouse over the white area it became visible again? It happend few times while i creating my MIDI Remote script and once when I use CTR+Z on the plug-in after deleating it.

Also i have that bug: After i copy (ALT+M1) the audio sample to the Chord Track (to analyze chords what was used) Cubase 13pro drops an error which says “Cannot add more tracks. The chord track count is at the limit”. After that Cubase crashes into the windows. After I restart it, it shows blank white safe screen or safe screen without possibility to send dmp file to Steinberg.

This is a known and already reported issue. This happens, if the Chord Track is in any folder. Please, move the Chord Track out of the folder, for the detection. Once the detection is done, you can put it back.

No, it’s just random crashes that happened from time to time. The ‘White screen HUD bug’ occurred without a crash or desktop exit; in those cases, using the mouse to hover over the white area helped to refresh the page.

I can confirm, 2 of the crashes are in the MIDI Remote area. Which MIDI Device do you use? Do you know, when did the crashes happen?
Its Novation Launchkey mini Mk2. I dont remember exactly when did they occured, but I remember that I struggle to create new script for this midi device in MIDI Remote panel. I think it was after i do something in ‘edit MIDI surface’ area. Usually it just blank my screen white and thats all, but it did crashed a few times too.
Sorry I dont have much detailes, if it will happen again, i will report here with detailed explanation.
Also I have crossfade bug. It happend in ‘crossfade menu’ when i touch with M1 button Fade Out crossfade length (i think there were few audio files selected) and pulled it to the side. After that nubers become crazy and Cubase crushed out.
Just had a crash in 13.0.10. I was just editing the EQ in the pop-out from the new Channel Zone and I got a message about C13 crashing.

Cubase keeps crashing, now it happens every time I open it or use it for a a little while. Here’s the latest log file. It is likely the same network problem as before but I don’t know what to do about it- no other software causes any problems, only Cubase.

I have a similar problem. Sometimes when I change a VST instrument in the rack then Cubase crashes.
I lost changes, it’s frustrating. Will try to go back to C12.

One of the crashes was in Battery. Probably the one related to this description. Please make sure, the plug-in is up to date.
Other 2 crashes are in different area (probably in different action).
Crash in Battery:
I had 4 instances open and in one of them the sample Browser. I did some other changes in the project and Cubase crashed. I already thought that Battery caused this crash.
Other crashs:
In one case I wanted to replace Arturia Wurlitzer VST by Pigments. Crash.
In the 2nd case I wanted to add a Pigments instance in VST rack. Crash.
All my software is up to date, I just set up a new Machine with an i7-14700k processor and upgraded my Komplete package and ran all updates again.
But the good news is that my latest project seems to run with Cubase 12 fine.
Just had another crash.
My project was running (playing audio with just 6 VST instruments) and I wanted to replace VOX Continental VST with Pigments.
So it happens very often in an active project, when I try to replace an existing VST instrument with Pigments. And there are other projects with 5 Pigments instances running fine with C13.
has someone tested this before?
