Hi, after installing the previous version another problem will occur, namely when you used Groove Agent 5 5.2.0 in your projects, they are all corrupted. The preset names wil not be recognized.
This is an interesting problem, because I just upgrade to Cubase pro 13 during the pending sale and had multiple program freezing when using Halion 7 into CB13 Now it appears Groove Agent 5, yes Iāve the complete version, also have bugs.
Iām not an expert, but I should look into the mediabay interface, because both programs Halion and GA are using these and updates came with a new workflow in this area.
Hope fixes will come quick, this is the first time I had to reinstall older versions after maintenance updates.
Not the best way to give maintenance updates with new bugs in return.

Hi all, I am really sorry it takes so long. But, the issue is more complex than expected. It is still on our list and we need to wait for a fix in the MediaBay. It is not forgotten.

Weāre not unreasonable (well, most of us are) we just feel like weāre yelling into the void sometimes.
I think one should always treat your customers like your spouse - you wouldnāt ingore messages from your spouse and still think youāll stay married.
Keep up the good work and feel free to share progress - itās probably much more complicated than we think.

Iām a new user trying to follow free online tutorials and nothing was making sense. Out of frustration I started searching online as I was sure it shouldnāt be this difficult. Iāll be following along wtih anticipation as I just purchased an upgrade to 13 and was hoping to finally start learning how to use Cubase.
I did a fresh install and only installed the recommended additional programs.
Is this also part of the issue?
Do you own a license for the Metal Essentials pack? If so, then you have an issue, if not, then you need to buy one. Not all of the stuff in the Download Assistant is āfreeāā¦

Metal Essentials is not free and not included in the Cubase 13 as a recommended content.

Thank you both for the responce! There is so much to learn and as beginner itās all a little overwhelming. Iāll start researching how to uninstall.
Has anybody reported not being able to render multi outputs with 5.2 - this seems mega broke to me - I have to solo each sound & its miserable. Should be able to render in place & have it create a file for each output - it only creates one file. Previously the multi-outs were broke after 6 outputs so anything over output 6 wouldnāt come out.
It depends on the drum kit, then you have to set each track output in the G.A. mixer before rendering.
Mixing outputs in Groove Agent
Check episode 21 for Beats Agent (link above) and episode 22 for Acoustics Agent.

Others may appreciate the tutorials but Iām not a novice asking how its done. What Iām saying is when using render in place on midi events with pads set to multiple outs as shown in the photo it doesnāt render properly. Iām only getting one track. & also anything routed after Multi 6 wouldnāt create a file in ages. Anyway, with my current issue I was able to find a work around by using ādry channelā option in the render settings - this may help others.
