Issue: Vari-Audio pitch correction off after Bouncing

I recently noticed that, after correcting pitch with Vari-Audio on a guitar part and then bouncing that audio, the pitch comes back way off. Initial pitch is off by +8%, pulled back to pitch and after bounce it’s at +17%. No matter what the pitch starts at, when corrected and bounced, it ends up at +17%.
An old post said something about deleting preferences to correct - I don’t get that…
Is that the right approach or is there something else up?

You’re absolutely right Bob.

Pete,
I started to use the Pitch Correct tool when I had issues. It works a bit better.

Still quite puzzling that Vari-Audio would behave like that.

I only discovered yesterday that the same problems happen with fine-tuning but your reply reminded me I hadn’t checked Pitch Correct. So I just went and ran a few tests on that and it’s the same thing - it’s pot luck as to what comes out when you render. My first shift was a few cents flat; the next one was another 20 cents.
The puzzling thing to me is that they can make it work in the programme but can’t render that to a file! Well, that and the fact that they don’t seem to care.
