Playing Techniques Menu bug

Hi,
In my pitched percussion playing techniques menu I have a “beater - Mallet timpani” set up. I did a few edits to it today and then saved it. afterwards the icon disappeared from the menu. there’s a blank space that when I click on it, it shows a blue square where the icon would be.
I already have the icon in the score and when I select it, the blank space turns on a a blue square.
Opening up the editor, I can see the icon is still there, but doesn’t show up in the menu.
Anyone has this issue, too?

Well that’s what should be seen. I’m really baffled by this.
Don’t know what to say other than, have you ever run into any weird behaviors when creating a specific PT for your needs?
