Windows 7 64 bit and Emu XMidi 1x1 Tab

Hi,
Cubase 6 is initializing about 3 or 4 minutes on the MIDI and then starts and everyting is fine till I close the program.
Then the computer crashes (with or without a blue screen).
I have an Emu Xmidi 1x1. and I think I have the newest drivers installed.
Does anyone have the same problem?

Is there someone with cubase 6 “rock solid” on windows 7 x64 who has a midi-interface that has “signed” x64 driver??
The Emu Xmidi 1x1 doesn’t have this!
