How to report a Cubasis 3 problem

When in loop mode, the first note is doubled, so that it looks like the timing issue. This didn’t use to happen, I am not connected to any other apps and I restarted, same problem. It also makes a very loud noise on that very start of the loop.

Did you encounter the issue with Cubasis 3.4?

If so, please let me have a short clip which shows the steps and problem, to allow us reproducing the issue. Please feel free to upload the clip via Dropbox or similar and let me have the DL via private message. Please make sure to add the correspondence.

Just updated to 3.4 version of Cubasis and 15.3 iOS version. Same problem still there. Cannot erase any parameters with the erase tool in the key editor.

Please let me have the exact steps to reproduce the problem.

Step 1: Open Cubasis 3.4
Step 2: Open a project
Step 3: Select a MIDI Clip
Step 4: Open the key editor
Step 5: Open the parameter editor
Step 6: Select events to be erased
Step 7: Tap the erase tool in the key editor not the erase tool in the track pane - Nothing happens
Notice people having the same erase tool issue as myself are running the same Cubasis LE upgrade to full feature set version that I am(not the full blown Cubasis program). These are separate apps in the App Store. You might want to look at the LE upgrade version first. My fix in the past has been to open the Cubasis 3 project in Cubasis 2, use the erase tool and reopen in Cubasis 3. With the 3.4 update, I can’t open Cubasis 3 projects in Cubasis 2 anymore. Very discouraging. Here’s the clip I sent you in January again showing the steps above.

To allow us further evaluating, please provide us with a simple project (the more simple the better) and the exact steps to reproduce the problem.

Please upload the project and steps via Dropbox our similar, and let me have the download link via PM (please make sure to include full correspondence).

In addition:

Do you use the latest available iOS 15.3 version?
Are you able to reproduce the issue when using a MIDI cable (without BT MIDI LE)?

The Same Problem.
Die Erase Button in the Event Section doesn’t function. You can’t erase for instance any cc007 events…
I have to do it with my Cubase on PC but in Cubasis the tool is dead!
Erasing Notes is ok. The Problem ist only with CC…

Perhaps it is a Problem of the Upgrade from LE 3 to Cubasis 3. I had the Cubasis LE3 an upgraded it with the InApp.

We are able to reproduce an issue to delete MIDI CC parameters in Cubasis LE 3, which is aimed to be resolved in the upcoming Cubasis LE 3.4.1 update.

Is it correct, that you’ve updated Cubasis LE 3 via the Full Feature Set IAP?

I can give you my email address. Please can you give me a voucher for Cubasis 3, so that i haven’t to pay doubled? I already bought Cubasis LE and then the InApp Full Version

Please try the following steps:

(1) Go to the iPhone settings.
(2) Scroll down the list until you see the “Cubasis 3” app icon.
(3) Tap the “Cubasis 3” app icon and enable the “Load empty project on next app launch” option.

Hi @Andrew_Litvinov again,

Normally this should solve launch issues with Cubasis.
You may give the following steps a try:

(1) Close all running apps, including Cubasis.
(2) Fully shut down the iPhone (turn it to “OFF”).

Does Cubasis launches as epected, once you’ve restarted the iPhone?
