Hello all,
If you would like to report a bug in Cubase for other users to confirm, please start a new topic in the with the tag ‘issue’
please follow these easy rules:
-
Before you post a new report, use the search function to see if it was already reported. You might find a solution, or a report waiting to be confirmed. In that case, reply to the post. It is not necessary to post multiple reports in separate topics
-
One report should include one bug.
-
The topic title should be a brief description of the issue.
-
The topic tag should be “issue” see the Forum Guide (New here? Read this.) for a how-to
-
Include each step required to reproduce the issue.
For example:
-
- Create empty project
-
- Add an audio track
-
- Arm “record-enable” on track
-
- Hit record button
→ Result = crash
- Hit record button
-
Include the information about your system, OS, Cubase version used and a listing of any 3rd party plug-in involved.
-
If not mentioned specifically, reports listed here are valid for both Cubase Pro / Cubase Artist and / or operating systems like MAC OS X / PC Windows.
Please note:
Please avoid putting multiple bugs into one topic, it is hardly manageable to respond to such topics. The bug should be ideally confirmed by other forum members to exclude a single system glitch.
Avoid using the mention feature to relate to specific members of the staff directly. Our different departments are going through bug reports on a daily basis, we will get back to you as soon as we could focus on this report specifically.
